A day for teens to work with members of the Heart Sing Herd to learn about communication, connection, and community. Teens will expereince how to communicate with horses in a way that they feel safe to connect with them and have a deeper awareness of how that crosses over into their own lives. Understanding the workings of the herd and how that translates into our own communities. This workshop will include intention setting, equine assisted learning and wellness practices to build personal resilience. Lunch is inlcuded. Dress warmly in layers. Cost is $65 per teen.
