Session Details
We come together to lay the foundations of change.
When we can move out of our heads and into our hearts, we open the door to unlimited potential.
In this workshop, we will be working with the herd using Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) techniques, meditative practices, and sound healing to help us uncover who we truly are. We will be delving into how to open our hearts and begin to trust ourselves and our environment. The horses will help us create new awarenesses and learn a new way to live and interact in a relationship. Participants will leave with new awarenesses and practices to take home and utilize in their daily life.
On Friday evening, we will come together to journey and set our intention for this workshop.
Saturday and Sunday, we will lay the foundations for change.
Because studies show that the best way to create lasting change is to take people out of their environment, we are asking students to stay here for the weekend or in lodging nearby.Saturday evening, we will be having a community drum and fire circle.
We will practice awareness around social distancing.
