Relax, unwind, and create your future with our 2025 Holiday Reset. Join together in Community as we gather to give thanks for what we have, release outdated versions of self, and create the upcoming year ahead. Tammy will lead the group in gentle somatic yoga. She will be giving us techniques that we can incorporate into our daily lives. Niki will lead us on a Guided Journey to help bring clarity and insight to what it is we desire to create in 2025 We will work on creating Vision Boards for the upcoming year We will also be offering mini Reiki sessions to individuals. Healthy drinks and snacks will be provided. Please bring pictures and cut outs of what you would like to see on your Boards for the year. We will also have some magazines for clipping as well as providing your board. No experience necessary. Cost is $75 per person, an investment in yourself and your future.
